The Major Reason they are getting this poor review is their service is the worst. We booked ahead for Basmati Kacchi and even wanted to pay advance but they didn't. When we arrived, they couldn't honour our order and hence we had to resort to other biryani options. Their staff behaviour was bad while handling the matter. The food was okay. The I liked the biryani but the chicken was too oily. The Borhani was good. Still the food in their catering is better.

Their service is so much bad. The staffs are so much rude and even they are very mannerless. Don’t know how to treat a customer. The environment is very hot in the restaurant. After telling them to control the temperature, they told me that they have nothing to do. Kacchi is so much dry to eat. Never suggest anyone this restaurant.

It's a quiet place to eat with friends and family. The food services are good as well. The food here is better compared to other popular restaurants not only that it's also budget-friendly. I can recommend one food here which is "Kacchi".

We tried kacchi and food quality was perfect but service was too poor as went in office day at lunch time, too crowded. Even they served borhani after completing lunch.
