In the year 2002, a remarkable journey began for the Company under the distinctive name of Salvo Chemical Industry Limited. It was established as a private limited company in Bangladesh, in accordance with the Companies Act of 1994. The registration process took place on 29th January 2002, bearing the registration number "C-44978(1446) 2002," with the esteemed Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF) in Dhaka.
As time progressed, the Company underwent a significant transformation and transitioned into a Public Limited Company. This pivotal change occurred on 4th August 2008, following the registration approval from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF) in Dhaka.
