Worst service ever. Please never go for Prepaid offer. That was my great mistake. This service doesn't worth 1000 tk per bathroom. Rather, I wish I could pay 100 tk. The so-called expert has come with a liquid and several pieces of paper (usually carpenters use this paper on the surface of wood). Can you believe it? Not a single brush for commode or floor, let alone the scrubber machine. I wish I could change the meaning of DEEP CLEANING. Our housemaid can clean more than their professional cleaner. I have written this review to warn the consumer. Please pay after getting the service. Don't be fooled with their attractive video and offer. I expect professional feedback from Sheba xyz. I don't want any thousands of words of sorry, apology...... bla bla bla. I talked to at least 4 customer care officers regarding this issue, but still no outcome.

So disappointing. Unprofessional service. Their appointed premium service care manager absolutely knows nothing how to deal with customer. They just waste time. Even after finalising price, they informed that they are unable to provide me this service as per written (WhatsApp) agreement. Very unprofessional for us. Maybe they are up to corporate client. I already told my office and my two friends office in Uttara and Baridhara, not to take any from Sheba.xyz. ** I can post all the communication screenshots, hiding the cell number of the customer care manager.
