I have been visiting this therapy center regularly with my brother for speech and swallow therapy following his brainstem stroke. The doctor is highly experienced, professional, and provides excellent care, which we truly appreciate. However, I am quite concerned about the behavior and skill level of some of the female staff members. They do not seem adequately trained to handle patients with serious swallowing difficulties. During therapy sessions, my brother has experienced choking and excessive coughing, and the staff did not respond with the level of care and attentiveness that such situations require. Additionally, their behavior at times has been unprofessional and not patient-friendly. For patients dealing with critical conditions like stroke recovery, especially involving speech and swallowing, proper training, patience, and compassionate behavior are essential. I kindly request the management to address these issues by improving staff training and ensuring respectful and careful treatment of all patients. I hope this feedback will help improve the quality of care and patient experience at your center.
