Square Hospital provides high-quality medical services with modern equipment and a very clean environment. The doctors and nursing staff are professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference in patient care. I am giving it 4 stars because, while the treatment is excellent, the administrative processes can be quite slow. The billing department and pharmacy often have long queues, and the costs are significantly higher than other facilities. However, for reliable healthcare in Dhaka, it remains one of the best options.

We welcomed our first baby at Square Hospital, and the experience was truly excellent. Throughout the labor process, the team provided strong medical care along with much-needed emotional support, genuinely encouraging a natural birth. Although we eventually had to proceed with a C-section, we felt well cared for every step of the way. All the nurses—including those dedicated to newborn care—were highly professional, attentive, and compassionate. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained to a very high standard, which gave us great peace of mind. The cafeteria, open 24/7 even in ramadan, offered a wide variety of good food at reasonable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. While the hospital does charge a premium, they certainly deliver on the quality of care and overall experience.
