I recently bought a smartphone from Star Tech, and I have to say I’m really impressed with the overall experience. I order the Realme C71 phone with POS on delivery to get 0% EMI. My parcel arrived much quicker than I expected. The product was well packed and the delivery person was very polite. The phone was 100% genuine, and the price was more competitive than I found anywhere else. I’d definitely recommend Star Tech to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free shopping.

I bought a laptop about 5 years ago and it's still working as new . But about 4 months earlier, I went to their customer service point to upgrade my laptop RAM, but when they opened the laptop, the ram slot that was not been used for a while got broken. I didn't bring the cash memo by mistake and thought they wouldn't repair it. Cause as by term the warranty of that product was 2 years. But, surprisingly enough, they took the laptop and by checking its mac address they confirmed that it was bought from their shop. Then they took the laptop and within few hours they made it work. It was quite a good satisfaction from their service and i would suggest my peoples to buy products from Star Tech .

Recently purchased the Asus Vivobook 14 X1404VA (Core 5 120U, 14” FHD) from Star Tech Multiplan Branch, and overall it was a smooth experience. The salesperson was very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They guided me properly and answered all my queries with patience. The setup and configuration took around an hour, which felt a bit time-consuming, but everything was handled carefully and properly. I’m quite satisfied with their service.
