I bought a laptop about 5 years ago and it's still working as new . But about 4 months earlier, I went to their customer service point to upgrade my laptop RAM, but when they opened the laptop, the ram slot that was not been used for a while got broken. I didn't bring the cash memo by mistake and thought they wouldn't repair it. Cause as by term the warranty of that product was 2 years. But, surprisingly enough, they took the laptop and by checking its mac address they confirmed that it was bought from their shop. Then they took the laptop and within few hours they made it work. It was quite a good satisfaction from their service and i would suggest my peoples to buy products from Star Tech .

Their laptop engineering team is horrible. I went there to fix my laptop which wasn’t opening. I told my entire story and helped them to believe it might be a problem with the keyboard. Later on, they confirmed It's not the keyboard's fault, there might be an issue with the motherboard. To fix that, their condition was, while they started to fix it, if the laptop dies, the liability on me. I didn’t submit my laptop, came back home and tried to fix it on my own, and it got fixed. Now just imagine what if I gave the permission to work on the motherboard. So be careful, don't believe whatever they say. There are plenty of reputed shops in Multiplan Center, do crosscheck and then take decisions. Thanks!

I bought a gaming laptop from them earlier and i caught the salesman in the multiplan store put a fake seal on top of the previously cut seal and act like he just cut the seal to unbox it, then to turn the laptop on they said it need to be taken to the service centre, no idea if they swapped the RAM or NVMe with cheaper ones. It was closing time so they insisted me so much its brand new but when i reached home i checked it body it had dust and all so its the display product which is never considered as a brand new product and even if it is then why did they do all the acting to make it look like he cut the seal infront of me. Im never going back to them and never recommend anyone, SCAMMERS gave the opened and used product for the price of brand new product

Don't buy anything from Startech. Poorest service you will get from their service center. They just want to sell products. After you buy something from them they will act like they don't know you. Also, everything overpriced here. Please avoid Startech.

Purchased Baseus H17 yesterday. The product had no warranty. When I checked, the microphone was not working. Today I called their hotlines and they refused to replace the damaged product. I know about warranty policy. But if it is a damaged product what is the solution? What is the difference between Startech and a local shop?

I went there to attach ssd in my laptop, they made me wait for a whole day though it's a 15 minutes job. I chose one ssd and they gave me another which was even 2k more expensive, without even notifying me, although both the ssd gave almost same performance. A very poor experience from a renowned shop. Very disappointing. Later when I opposed to pay them 2k more, they changed to my previous choice within a few minutes. Never going there back again. Just imagine, they asked for 1500tk just for installing linux, which anyone can do by himself within 20mins. Such a scam!
