Tech Land BD is one of the best shops for computer and tech products in Dhaka. I had a great experience shopping here. Their service is really good and professional. The staff are friendly, well-behaved, and always ready to help. They explained everything clearly and gave honest advice. The prices are also very fair compared to other shops. You can find many tech items like laptops, accessories, and parts. The shop is clean and well organized. I will definitely come back again. Once a time Techland was one of the best but now their service has dropped so low! Product info on their website is not properly updated. And their online customer support is the worst. Ultra slow response and no commitments. I had to buy a product from somewhere else.

Too many customers, no sign of coordination between the technician and the representatives. I purchased SSD, RAM and cooling fan from them. I asked the technician to install everything and install windows 11. When I brought the PC back home I was dumbfounded, they didn't install Windows 11. They can't provide good PC servicing because they have more customers than they can handle, and there seems to be no sign of proper communication between them. I have seen of the of departments fighting with other department over phone. This place is a total mess.
