Techland is like a haven for PC components and different types of accessories. We built like 9/10 PCs from here at an affordable price and we are satisfied. Their executives have professionalism that attracts me the most . Their after sale services are also very good and haven't faced any horrible situation at all . They are very friendly and maintain the top notch standard. I'm going to be the permanent customer of them 😄 Very good service keep it up 👌

Bought a lot of things from them and of course as with most computer stores they have their policies. But, my last experience with them was pretty bad, the guy at the counter(maybe owner's son) was rude when I was trying to pay for a monitor and counting the money. Said, 'What's taking so long, there's a queue behind you' in a rude tone. There was literally just 1 person behind me. Anyways, maybe just be more polite.

They'll call you AFTER 2-3 days of placing the order to check if the oder is confirmed from you end. I haven't experienced this anywhere else. Most of the time businesses call you the same day and the delivery is made within 2-3 days.

Very unsupportive and unprofessional behavior. They treat clients like we're nothing. They don't bother saying if the product is available or not, asks for time rudely. It's like "ওয়েট করলে করেন, না নিলে না নেন, we don't care". It was very hot in their showroom. Even after saying several times they didn't bother to direct any of their standing fans towards our direction.
