Last night I missed the flight for unprofessional and poor management system of air Asia . My Dhaka to Bangkok flight is supposed to 00.55 am midnight flight no. FD 181 . I completing my boarding on time 3 hour before the flight after the I going to immigration checking ,they take some time to check my all documents. And immigration officers assure me that flight must take me before fly they tell me don’t worry you all documents is verified and you must fly this flight but air Asia team didn’t make any last call even or never inform me before fly I complimented my boarding passes and late immigration clearance . Also immigration officers requested them to give 5-10 minutes open the door for this passenger because my documents still under verification but one of their air Asia staff came after the plane take off and say door is close then officer also say how come you take off the plane here stillborn somebody passengers left without any inform But they didn’t listen to them. Finally I got immigration clearance but air Asia don’t make a last call never informed me that door they closed. This is not supposed to be like that air Asia must have announced for any passengers who got boarding card already every airlines company do this if this happens. I very disappointed with that . I want my refund tickets price because of their poor and unprofessional management.

AirAsia Bangladesh agent for buying tickets. Charges a bit higher than AirAsia original ticket price. But that's understandable as a service charge. Overall service is great

Many people now a days travel by they became more popular with others. This air line have many office in Bangladesh and many counties. Ticketing have online booking option, rate is very well for all class traveler. Customer care services and operations are very good also. You can do communication with them. I meet with the management of AirAsia they have great attitude and personality for customer and business purpose, include many social services CSR wise too.
