Both of the times i have been there was disappointing. Firstly if you ask for a half way upgrade of the cabin class they do not want to do it which is possible and i did by the way from the destination countries turkish airlines office. So i am pretty sure there is something fishy and probably they just asks for more money than actual price or may be they are not just competent and trained enough to work in an international airlines office..

Well managed office. Not so expensive interior. But elegant. Couters are crowded sometimes.

The only place where we can purchase international flight tickets by cash payment. Their service is good as well. I have a smooth experience booking a ticket and getting student discounts. I just created an account online and submitted an application for a student account! After confirmation, you are good to go. Just tell them your TK number and they will do the rest! The Apu was helpful and if you have any questions they are happy to answer!

I don't think this office run by an international airlines management system. Just rubbish, need to train counter sales officer how to be behave with customer service, how to talk with customers, how to control anger and so on. Rubbish than any local airlines. Only two Counter sales officer at a time, Whenever they arguing with a customer all the staff in front just fall Down on customer together
