Waiting more than 3 hours just to obtain a discharge report is unreasonable and highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, the service provided was extremely poor, and there was a complete lack of urgency, communication, and follow-up throughout the process. This experience has been very disappointing, and we hope management takes immediate action to improve the discharge process and overall patient service.

I visited United Hospital in Gulshan recently and had a very good experience. The doctors were kind and professional. They listened carefully to my problems and gave proper advice. I felt comfortable and safe under their care. The nurses and staff were also helpful. They were always ready to assist and behaved very nicely. The rooms and waiting areas were clean and well-maintained. I liked the calm and quiet environment. The hospital is in a good location in Gulshan, so it was easy to find. There is also parking space available, which helped a lot. The appointment and billing process was smooth. The staff at the counter explained everything clearly and the waiting time was not too long. Only one small issue – the food court or café was a bit crowded during the afternoon. It would be better if they had more space or food options for visitors. Overall, United Hospital is a trusted place for health care. I recommend it to others who are looking for good treatment in Dhaka.

I visited United Hospital in Gulshan yesterday. The location is very convenient and easy to reach as it’s right in the heart of Gulshan near the Lake. The environment inside the hospital is clean, calm, and well-organized. The staff were helpful and guided me properly throughout the process. Doctors seemed professional and the service quality felt quite good. They have multiple facilities including diagnostics, pharmacy, and emergency care all in one place which makes things easier for patients and attendants. Parking space is also available which is a plus point. Overall, I had a positive experience and I think it’s a reliable option for medical care in the Gulshan area.

While I hold your esteemed institution in high regard for its commitment to medical excellence, I was taken aback by the manner in which I was addressed during a recent visit. In a moment when patients and their families are often under considerable stress and vulnerability, it is both expected and essential that medical professionals extend not only clinical expertise but also compassion, patience, and respectful communication. Regrettably, the interaction with Dr. Parvez fell short of these standards. His tone and approach were perceived as discourteous and lacking the empathy that one anticipates in such a critical environment. I wish to emphasize that this complaint is not made lightly, but rather מתוך a genuine desire to see the high standards of your institution upheld consistently across all levels of patient care. A courteous and reassuring demeanor can significantly impact a patient’s experience and trust in the healthcare system. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, and appropriate steps be taken to ensure that such instances are not repeated in the future.
