My nonprofit is in the US, so I understand there's a time difference, but if wedevs is a global company promoting tech support for pro packages, then support hours need to be more accommodating to their global patrons. For tech support, you can only communicate through email (when I purchased the Frontend Pro I thought support was also through live chat - but that's only for pre-purchase support). I send multiple questions, and only one gets responded to at a time, and I have to wait 24 hours for a response. I'm 2+ weeks behind in my deadline to go live because if the issues I'm having - I've been dealing with issues for almost a month. The plugin looks like it could be great & potentially meet my needs, but I have no idea how long this is going to take.
