Worst courier service in Bangladesh

My experience with this courier service has been extremely disappointing. The overall service quality was poor, and the staff showed a lack of basic professionalism and customer service skills. The delivery rider was rude and did not demonstrate the courtesy one would reasonably expect from a professional courier service. What made the situation worse is their recently introduced delivery rider rating system. When I selected Bad / Very Bad, representatives from the local courier hub repeatedly called me, requesting that I change my rating. This raises a serious concern: what is the purpose of a rating system if customers are pressured to alter honest feedback? Ratings should reflect genuine customer experiences, not be influenced through follow-up calls. Such practices undermine trust and defeat the very purpose of customer feedback. I hope the company focuses on improving service quality and respecting customer opinions instead of attempting to control them.
